Yes, that’s possible, only if spare rooms available and with extra fees.
From 12:00 till 13:00 – grace time, when registration is free of charge but only if there are spare rooms ready.
From 00:00 till 12:00 – 50% extra charge, the registration is possible when spare rooms available.

Check out is 12:00 p.m., in case of delay for more than 1 hour extra charges should be covered.

Leaving the hotel later the check-out time is paid according to following rules:
From 12:00 till 13:00 – grace time, free of charge but only if there are spare rooms ready.
From 13:00 till 24:00 – 50% extra charge, accommodation is possible when spare rooms available.

• JSC SB “Belarusbank” – 34.2 M.Tanka st. Distance from the hotel – 550m (7min). Leave the hotel and move to its backside – turn left and go along the building on 34.2 M.Tanka street till the bank branch entrance.
• Shopping center “Korona” – 24 Kaljvatijskaya st. 400 m from the hotel (5min).  Leave the hotel and move to its backside – go 300 m straight ahead – cross the road to “Korona”.

Transfer from the airport or station to the hotel can be ordered on phone +375 17 203 58 18 or application sent to e-mail u-fontana@bk.ru or via fax +375 17 203 09 58.
In the application the following information should be illustrated: Name/surname, exact date and arrival time to the airport (station); flight number or number of the train. A guest will be met by driver bearing in hands the tableе with the hotel’s name on it. Payment shall be made on arrival to the driver. The transfer from the hotel to station, airport or any other necessary place can be ordered at the reception.

Yes, the hotel restaurant offers delicious, substantial continental breakfast.
The room can be booked either with or without breakfast. If you’ve booked a room without breakfast and then change your mind you may pay this service directly in the restaurant.

Booking on-line offers you current information on rooms and services available at the necessary dates. It will take you 3 minutes to book a room and services. Payment can be made in cash, web-money, credit cards. As a result you will get a guaranteed electronic acknowledgment of the booking.

When booking a room please indicate your preference on bed type – double room or twin room. In this case 100% guarantee cannot be granted that depends on spare rooms available. But the hotel staff will do all possible to realize our guest desires.

In our hotel only superior and deluxe rooms can accept the 3rd person.
To book extra bed please fill in field “Additional wishes”. When checking into the hotel if spare extra beds available the cost will be restated as for 3 people.

You can get the invoice in two ways:

• When booking on-line choose way of payment “Non-cash payment (corporate customer)”. At the page opened fill in the form, indicating the wire transfer information of your organization. After form sent the system automatically generate guest voucher and invoice, these docs will be sent to your e-mail address.
• Send your booking application  via e-mail u-fontana@bk.ru indicating the wire transfer information of your organization or contact the hotel accounting office on phone +375 17 203 14 00, +375 17 203 14 74.

Yes. Our guests get bills and invoices. In case other counting documents needed – we can provide them if ordered in advance. If you stay in the hotel during weekend or holidays the docs will be sent to your mail the next working day. In very urgent cases we additionally can send scanned docs via e-mail.

There is deluxe sauna with Russian bath, sauna bath, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, rest room with fireplace and Russian billiards in the hotel complex “U Fontana». The session duration is 2,5 hours. To use the sauna services booking in advance is required.

Guaranteed accommodation is earlier paid booking, that has been acknowledged by the hotel via e-mail or fax. In case the booking unpaid after 19:00 room booking will be accepted only when prepayment made or when application sent on later arrival +indicated certain arrival time. The accommodation is considered un-guaranteed if a guest does not check in till 19:00 or prepayment is not made.
