Guaranteed booking will become valid argument for your accommodation assurance. A guest should not worry even in case of late arrival – the room reserved for you during first 24-hour period since check-in date. Besides while booking only the first day of staying in the hotel is paid for.
Payment transactions are processed by e-payment service provider
ASSIST. This handling method is notable for efficiency and surety.
In case there are some circumstances that prevent from your arrival to the hotel the booking can be canceled. The amount written off your account will be returned.
* The paid amount will be returned in case the booking cancellation has been made more than 1 day before the check-in date. Otherwise the hotel has the right to withhold the amount equal to the cost of one day staying in the hotel “U Fontana”. Rules of payment by credit cards
- In the offered table you should choose the required date of arrival, room category and “book” it. Further please fill in necessary fields.
- Payment shall be made in BYR.
- You can have the possibility to check once again the data in the booking form and then press the button “Continue”. Further the information about the ordering customer and other guests shall be added.
- After your order approved you will be offered to pay the accommodation. The payment is made via e-payment service provider ASSIST by credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Belcard. You will be redirected to the server of payment system ASSIST that provides transaction security. The procedure of on-line payment is completely confidential and safe. Your personal data and the cards requisite details are typed not on the hotel’s page but on authorized page of the payment system. The access to them is provided according to act of safeguard data transfer (TLS), safe e-payment technologies Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used for transfer confidential data from the client to server and further handling in the processing center. That means that confidential information of the customer (card details, registration data etc.) will not get to the internet shop, its procession is completely guarded and no one can reach access to your personal and account data. Besides processing the payments via credit cards safety technology 3D-Secure is used which is obligatory required by payment system of Visa and MasterCard.
- Payment shall be made 100%. You automatically receive the acknowledgment of successful payment to your mail. When paying by card please save the received card-bills (payment confirmation) to compare with the records from account card that proves made actions (in case of a disputable situation).
- The payments in several transactions by one or more credit cards are forbidden.
- Please pay your attention no extra fees are required for money transmission from your account card. Please contact your bank for detailed information on possible service fees for money conversion and any actions with account card.
- As due to some reasons you cannot pay right now please cancel the order and use other way of booking on our website.

- When the payment received you will be sent a voucher that is the guarantee of room booking. If necessary you may be required to show the payment bill.
- Your order will be cancelled from the system if the payment is not made during 3 days from date of submitting the order.
To perform financial transactions we accept cards of international system Visa (of all types), MasterCard (including Maestro) emitted by any World bank also emitted by SSB “Belarusbank” and cards of system BELCARD. Usually this number is located in upper right corner of special line for signature. This number is required to be sure that the card is used by original card holder.

After pressing the button “Confirm and pay” the system will direct you to site of e-payment provider belassist.by, which ensures the security of the transactions. Authorized server establishes the connection with the Client via secure protocol TLS and accepts the client’s card details (card number, card’s valid-to date, card holder name the same way it is indicated on the card, CVC2 or CVV2 codes).
The procedure of payment by card on-line is completely confidential and secure. Cards Visa International, MasterCard and Belcard of all types and banks are accepted. It is recommended to consult your bank whether your card can be used for payment in Internet.
These are possible reasons of response decline:
- No sufficient funds on your account;
- Bank emitted the card banned payment in Internet;
- Elapsed datainput time;
- You have not confirmed the data inserted in the payment form, incorrect dataformat etc.
Public offer agreement This agreement is a public offer. The user directly and himself enters into contract with unitary enterprise “Center of Olympic Training” SA”BelTIZ” (further – Hotel) when booking a room under terms and conditions presented on the Hotel’s site. The agreement is considered to be concluded from when the customer books the room on web-site. The user (further – Guest) while booking the room accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes into current agreement therefore when book the room and pay for it the Guest thus accepts renewed and changed agreement being in force at the moment of booking confirmed.
Type of booking and payment terms:
Non-guaranteed booking offers keeping of room booking till 19:00 of check-in day. Legal entities shall draw up applications at company’s letterhead with signature of authorized representative and submit it to fax: +375 17 203 58 18 or via e-mail: u-fontana@bk.ru.
Guaranteed booking saves the room booked for the whole period indicated in the booking form during 1st day till 12:00.
Attention! In case a guest does not arrive or cancel booking less than 24 hours before check-in date the Hotel has the right to claim penalty charges equal to 100% of one day room cost to be paid.
Free booking cancellation is impossible for non-refundable tariff rates.
After payment by card confirmed please save given card bills (payment confirmation) to compare with card-account abstracts in order to confirm performance of transactions in case of disputable situations.
Terms of booking cancellation:
When booking a room in the Hotel, Guest accepts the order of cancellation procedure, conditions activated in case the guest does not arrive.
When cancel the booking on official site www.ufontana.by the return of paid amount will be performed within established deadlines to the card the booking was paid from.
Penalty charges equal to 4% of total sum paid shall be covered in case of booking cancellation.
In case of late cancellation or guest’s not arrival the Hotel has the right to applicate punitive sanctions according to agreement terms.
The Hotel declines any responsibility for booking cancellation made orally.
In case of paid money return the factual remittance of funds to the credit card can take to 30 days depending on terms and conditions, inter-bank processing centers and banks participating in this transaction. The money is returned right to the card that the payment was made from.
